Just a normal dude who has the ambition to inspire people so that they help themselves. When asked what is my personal brand, I struggled to come with an answer. I spat off things like “hard-working, always do the right thing” to which my coach interrupts and said that those are my reputation, not my brand. Dang.
So what is my personal brand? To be honest, I am still working on it. I will continue to hone in on the correct verbiage and message. Right now my brand is that I am a guy who wants to help others make their dreams come true and find ultimate happiness. However, I also tell it like it is for the most part… I am not disrespectful by any means, and I actually bite my tongue often. But I do give people honestly and simply can’t lie. So I just say what’s on my mind, which is often what people need to hear. I like to ask people ‘why’ they want certain things, and I push hard to get them to discover the real answers to the questions and figure out what they truly want.
I am a mix of the corny ‘want to make the world a better place’ millennial, and a hardass who will often say what needs to be said, but might not be what you want to hear. Confusing, I know.
I love interacting with people. My coach (yes, I have an executive coach who is very good at telling me like it is) says I like to talk and might be what you would call a ‘chatterbox’. Guilty. I am not good opener because I really don’t like small talk. But once we get going, and we get to the good stuff, I am hard to stop. Especially if we are talking about football, health, nutrition, business, leadership, family and anything entrepreneurial.
Join me on the journey, let me know your thoughts. I love feedback. Let me know how I can help you in any way. What’s the worst thing I can say, I can’t help out? Try me. Thanks for taking the time to check me out. Blessings to you and yours.
